The proximity to the theme parks

The pool was not available due to poss renovation but this was not completely obvious, while the taps had to be run for at least 5 minutes to obtain hot water for either a wash or shower.lighting in the rooms was poor as there were no bedside lights and only 1 central light which was turned on as you entered the room the switch for this was some 8ft from the bed,also only 1 chair for a 2 bed roomed apartment.

The proximity to local attractions and stores.

Thin walls and dim rooms. More lighting in rooms would have been acceptable. Clogged bathtub was annoying. Although, I would book another room because these things could be easily changed.

bad rooms,dirty tovels, bathromm appliances were too old, bad, and dirty.

Spacious room, quiet, clean, comfortable beds. Good for a family on a tight budget.

Older, small towels, refrigerator knob broken and all our food was frozen, clock not working

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big and had a microwave, fridge, cable tv, iron, table, etc...I think it was excellent value for money!

The only problem I had was the far distance to the convention centre.

nobody help luggage with check out need taxi driver do.the staircase not easy for luggage up and down.

Cheap, no frills. Right next to food and Chain Reaction.

They gave us two towels and one hand towel.

Sam was very helpful and accomdating, he is definately trying hard to bring the place back from the downside. The work they have done is noticeable and great, but there is much more to do. The room we were in was a bit stuffy and dated. They had redone the bath and that was an improvement I hope they keep going forward. The location is great the pool was lovely and clean, the grounds were nice and newly planted. We will visit again.

Walked in after a day at disneyland and while I was trying to check in workers in office where playing loud idian music could not hear what the front desk rep was trying to say to me. Walls thin like paper I was in room 122 and people in the room next to us where sooo loud (passed1am) heard every word. Asked them to be less loud then they mocked having sex moaning and banging the wall. Did not feel safe thought car was going to be broken into. Could tell that people staying in Hotel live there. Bed was like a rock. Wash cloth had hard substants on it (grossed out) I was embarrassed that I picked out the hotel. The room only had a bed, pictures I saw on bookings.com had sofas,comfy chairs,ect. The room did not have that. Not happy.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the grout around the shower was gross.

Did not like that the room was dirty and the office staff was not helpful and the room quality was poor

My trip was delayed at JFK. when i was trying to contact the hotel thru the e mail that was provided at the hotel web There was no anwser and the e mail also was not working so when i arrived they told me that my room was gone because i didnt show up and thy give me another room without AC at the next day i changed the room but the smill at the new room was disscusting and the tv was not working i dont recommend this hotel at all...

I like Anaheim Executive. I & my family pass all day in acctivities. So we come back hotel only bed & cleaning. Target shopping mall is very closely to hotel. You can buy anything for breakfast and what ever.

It was very clean. Room was presentable. Nice flat screen with decent cable channel. Bed was a little hard but other then that it was a comfortable stay For a very cheap price!

The tough bed mattresses and the 3 pillows.
